I purchased something from Kerusso before and it was okay.
However, this is a cheesy piece of junk. Furthermore, the company knows it. The product page doesn't show the cheap brownish 'antiquing' on the medallion. It doesn't give any indication of the unwearable chocolate-brown plastic-looking necklace.
The wooden medallion is almost black, with no visible grain, and on the obverse it bears the hokey phrase: 'I will cling to the Old Rugged Cross'. You know, just in case the buyer is an idiot.
Let the cross speak for itself. It is a powerful symbol that is undermined by a folksy caption, and that shows disrespect.
Message to Kerusso: If you're going to stamp a phrase or quote on your jewelry, let the purchaser know. Don't hide it just because you realize it's stupid.
Last, both medallions are much too large, larger and heavier than dollar coins. They are clunky hunks of poorly-made junk.
Kerusso, please make your product page reflect what you're selling, or have the decency not to sell it at all.
