I bought this for a Christmas present for my 17 year old daughter. When it came it was cracked on the back. I called up the company and they were very quick to call me back. They sent me out a new one right away, no hassle. She was able to have it in time to open on Christmas. Exactly as pictured and adorable. Very reasonably priced and worth every penny. It is great to find unique, adorable things still at reasonable prices.
